WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All orders shipped outside of Hong Kong are subject to additional shipping charges based on the end country's taxes, tariffs and duties. These fees are not associated with Freanne.j and are to be paid by the recipient upon delivery. The value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.  If you have questions about customs charges please contact your local customs office.

PROCESSING + DELIVERY TIMES

Orders are processed, shipped and delivered Monday through Friday only. Orders are not processed, shipped or delivered on national holidays. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a national holiday, will be processed the following business day.
